Legal Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Legal support of company activities,
• Revision and creation of contracts/argeements for all company departments in the Czech Republic,
• Drafting of internal documents,
• Legal support in handling customer and employee complaints,
• Legal support when communicating with the authorities,
• Assistance to a Legal Manager in the field of competition law (relationship with franchisees),
• Informing about new legislation,
• Assisting Legal Manager in control of marketing and PR materials in the Czech Republic,
• Personal data protection agenda,
• Assistance to a Legal Manager in conducting trainings on the above-mentioned points,
• Legal support of the charity

Key requirements:

Functional skills

• Education: Law and jurisprudence
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Czech Republic is mandatory
• Proven 3 years of experience as a paralegal, junior legal counsel or legal specialist
• Excellent command of English – upper intermediate

Leadership skills

• Well-organized, able to set and work to tight deadlines
• A proven ability to work under pressure in both acute and planned environments
• Self-motivated and proactive, takes the initiative to pre-empt opportunities
• Strong attention to detail
• Great at building strong interpersonal relationships
• Capable of working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
