Operations Manager

Car-sharing company is looking for Operation/Fleet manager for Prague region.

You will be responsible for

• complete fleet management (around 100 cars) and direct communication with external suppliers (including washing, maintenance and repairs, replacement and repair of wheels, refueling)
• based on concrete procedures make sure that vehicles are ready for rent
• developing, establishing and direct execution of operations
• supporting the CEO
• managing revenue and expense goals
• daytoday operations and the continued development and advancement of staff
• establishing and monitoring performancereporting systems
• regular reporting

Requirements

• high school or university education
• native Czech/Slovak and fluent in English language (communication with management, reporting and presenting on daily basis)
• at least 5 years of experience in leadership (ideally in fleet, carsharing or other service providing business)
• experience in working with unskilled/semiskilled workforce
• knowledge of business case (budgeting, business development strategic planning, building partnership, customer care)
• successful experience in managing large passenger transport operations, large fleet management
• commercial mindset
• advanced in MS Office (mostly Excel and Word)
• strong focus on target
