• Managing mail requests from clients and incoming demands from internet
• Finding clients’ needs and offering solution
• Keep up with industry sales objectives and deliver a positive customer experience
• Cooperation with other departments finance, customer care, sales

Requirements

• good English and fluent Czech
• experience in telesales (or within customer care if you have a good sales drive)
• ability to achieve sales targets
• ability to drive whole sales process from approaching to close
• good communication and organization skills
• good PC skills

Required education

• high school education

Language skills

• English: B2 - upper intermediate
• Czech: C2 - proficient
