In this unique position of a Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for:

• Looking for relevant candidates' profiles online.

• Doing research on the best types of candidates and information on their background.

• Engaging talent with creative approaches and campaigns.

• Intensive use of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others).

• Working with tailored internal database (ATS).
