You will be coordinating 5+ team members and assisting your manager with the entire team.

More specifically you will be responsible for

• Identifying training and update needs; ensuring process documentation and policies knowledge; and troubleshooting and escalating to the manager
• Providing feedback on team members performances and recommendations
• Supporting team members to improve; investigating and recommending practical solutions; and assisting to meet both deadlines and targets
• Performing approval duties and delegating tasks to team members
• Participating in projects and migrations
• Preparation of supporting documents and analysis

The successful applicant will demonstrate

• Proven experience in HR and/or Payroll, preferably in shared services centers
• Selfreliance and proactivity as well as teamwork
• Empathy and interpersonal skills, people management
• Ability to learn new things quickly and demonstrating “can do” attitude
• Perfect command of German language, both written and spoken (in person and via phone); advanced command of English
• Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS; and Microsof Office proficiency

• English: B2 - upper intermediate
• German: C1 - advanced
