SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (CZ, SK, HU)

To strenghten Financial & Controlling team based in Prague and Slovakia , we are looking for suitable candidate for the position of SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Responsibility of controlling of 3 regions (CZ, SK, Hungary)
• Business Delivery & Performance Management Lead financial forecasting/budgeting and longerterm strategic planning processes, Provide analytics and insights to drive business

performance and inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions

• Business Controls & Risk Management Develop, implement and monitor strong internal control environment across all business processes, Safeguard adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Financial Analysis Cash flow forecast
• Working Capital improvement Management of customer payment performance and trade term compliance
• Tax, Audit & Legal Local Tax compliance and reporting, in conjunction with local advisers

Requirements

• University degree in finance/accounting/taxes/economy
• Strong analytical skills
• Business oriented personality
• A very strong academic record
• Professional Accounting qualification and solid reporting and control skillset
• Commercial business partnering experience with proven ability to deliver results
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization (crossfunctional) with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of financial metrics
• Very strong track record of delivery in previous Finance roles
• Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical bias and Microsoft Excel skills
• PowerPoint capability
