A stable and expanding company operating worldwide is currently looking for junior candidates to fill the role of Account Payable. You will make a fresh start, learn a lot and keep growing professionally!

Your main responsibilities will include

• Sort received invoices on daily basis
• Keep records updated of received related information
• Assign correct dates and Tax codes to each invoice
• Send back invoices to vendors when needed
• Working with electronic database on daily basis
• Work in SAP system on daily basis
• Support monthly/quarterly/yearly close of accounting books
• Processing of AP Invoicing data in accordance to internal procedures and legal requirements
• Regular communication with internal clients
