The function includes being responsible in a leading role for governance tasks within BILLA CZ (tenders, guidelines, ICS and audits). These tasks are organized and executed with high degree of independence. Guidance is given by the Head of Project & Process Management (PPM).
In the area of project management, the function includes supporting the Head of Project & Process Management (PPM) in managing the project portfolio and in leading strategic and operational projects.

Main tasks:

  • TENDERS:
  • Optimization of tenders and coordination of all tenders within the company incl. ensuring compliance with tender standards
  • Updating the documents governing tendering procedures
  • Training of selection procedures
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Support of the Head of Project & Process Management (PPM) in managing the project portfolio
  • Support of the Head of Project & Process Management (PPM) in planning, implementation, handover of strategic and operational projects including:
  • Coordination of various activities and stakeholders
  • Overseeing compliance with deadlines and Maintaining relevant project documentation
  • GUIDELINES
  • Creation, updating and modifying local guidelines
  • Review and adaptation of RIAG and REWE guidelines to local conditions
  • INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM (ICS)
  • Updating the REWE Group IKS in the internal system
  • Coordination of colleagues and activities within the IKS
  • Supervision of compliance with the IKS prescribed standards
  • AUDITS
  • Coordination of colleagues and activities regarding audit requirements
  • Implementing audit requirements
  • Supervision of compliance with the audit requirements

Personality and Professional requirements

  • 3+ years experience in project management or project coordination
  • Experience in governance topics (tenders, guidelines, audits) preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • University degree in business studies, international management or economics (Bachelor's, Master's)
  • Fluent English and Czech
  • High organizational and coordination skills
  • Assertiveness and persuasive skills
  • Result orientation and working under time-pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues for various hierarchy levels
  • Self-development and willingness and ambition to continuously develop oneself, and update knowledge and skills

The position should be part-time 80% (32 hours per week).
