PROJECT MANAGER FOR STRATEGY

We are looking for a dynamic, pragmatic Strategy Manager with expertise in project management, to join our strategy team. Help shaping the future of BILLA, working closely together in our strategy team.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of work experience, is strong in PPT and has a background of strategic thinking shaped in consultancy. You will lead strategic initiatives, focusing on solutions, driving projects forward while ensuring alignment with our positioning strategy.

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (>2 years) in strategic planning, project management, preferably within the international food retail industry.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on driving projects forward, ensuring diligence, follow-up, and push to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform strategic initiatives.
• Structured way of working; self-organization / time-management / organizational talent.
• Proactive and persuasive personality with distinctive ability to quickly become acquainted with new areas of responsibility.
• Team player with results- and solution-orientation mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
