• For our client, a company which is specializing on the printing and sale of promotional and gift items and providing related services, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position PMO manager.
• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Work with the project management team on business development and integration projects
• Develop KPI’s and targets, design and implement tracking process
• Immediately support execution selected initiatives, drive local implementation e.g.
• Analyze financial Information, develop models and analysis for decision making
• Track, monitor and update the status of deliverables
• Identify and address immediate risks
• Monitor projects against time, budget and quality standards
• Work with local management on company strategy and priorities
• REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in Czech and English a must (communication with colleagues abroad)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in project/strategic managing
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and a high level of responsibility
• Team player
• Autonomous, proactive person with good stress management skills
• Professional experience ideally in a consulting firm (Big 4 or other) - advantage
• Experience abroad - advantage
