This job is a great combination between CUSTOMER SERVICE and ADMINISTRATION. You will be assigned to a portfolio of clients and will communicate with them on daily basis, bring them all types of support and keep/develop a great relationship with them.

Your new role will include

• Taking care of an assigned portfolio of customers (B2B)
• Assisting customers with howto’s, help them solve technical issues
• Handling customer's inquiries and issues mainly via email
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with your customers on long term
• Advising customers regarding order entry, logistics, delivery, and technical support of either products, websites or others
• Supporting the customer during the entire process
• Solving possible issues and giving an advice if needed

Requirements

• Fluent English + 2nd language
• Being professional and having positive attitude is desired
• Strong communication, listening and problem solving skills are essential
• Previous client care work experience is huge plus
• Being independent and responsible
• PC skills
• Excellent organizational ability, including planning well and managing responsibilities effectively

Previous experience is not required.

This position is suitable for EU citizens, or foreigners with a valid work permit in CZ, due to the requirement of immediate working availability
