In this role you will leverage big data and cloud infrastructure to aggregate and structure data, monitor the quality of data, build integration layers between data sources and learning models, and detect risks and control weaknesses. The HR IT & Data Management team is part of European Business Services HR and the team is focused on the European activities.

What will be your responsibilities 

  • analyzing and translating the needs into technical specifications
  • exploring, analyzing, preparing, and modelling data
  • solving data integration, data modelling, and data visualization complications
  • translating technical concepts into business understanding and value
  • improving reporting and data visualization capabilities
  • supporting the remediation of data-driven issue
  • engaging across the HR IT function and data community to identify and build new data sources
  • working with various stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • working with data and analytics experts in the wider data community to strive for greater functionality in data systems

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • fluent English and Czech (both written and verbally)
  • work experience of minimum 1 year in Data Analytics, Big Data, AI or Data Science
  • experience with Power BI is mandatory and additional experiences like Alteryx, Tableau, Databricks, SAP BI are considered a plus
  • experience with programming in SQL or Python, Cloud Technology (MS Azure) are a plus
  • analytical skills, process minded, logical insights and ability to think critically
  • effective project management skills (planning, time management, working with deliverables)
  • passion for data and disruptive technologies
  • strong analytical skills to understand and challenge processes, to keep the helicopter overview and to be able to make proposals
  • flexibility and good time management since you deal with a large quantity of data
