Customer Support Specialist with ENG (Relocation to Brno CZ, up to 1400 EUR)

We are looking for people into our team based in Brno who will

• Provide technical support for clients – voice and chat support (in English only)
• Cooperate with technical departments on advanced issues
• Educate customers
• Provide detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
• Meet desired KPIs given for the role

No sales activities required or included

Requirements

• Fluency in English languge is a must
• Openminded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)

Required education

• high school education

Language skills (at least one of those listed)

• English: B2 - upper intermediate
• English: C1 - advanced
