CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with GERMAN

Do you speak GERMAN and ENGLISH/CZECH?

We are looking for a suitable candidate for Czech leader in payment transactions in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be

• contacting clients who asked for cooperation
• providing support to customers by answering their questions
• troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders
• preparing correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• communicating in foreign languages

Location: Prague 10

Salary: 35 - 40 000 CZK/m (based on experience)

Start: ASAP

Working time: 40 hours/week

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with

• communicative and sales oriented person
• active knowledge of German language and English or Czech
• customer service mindset

Required education

• basic school

Language skills

• English: B2 - upper intermediate
• German: C1 - advanced
