Customer Care with English - Start date July 2019

Are you an English speaker looking for a new opportunity? Customer Care Agents are currently needed for an international IT company in Brno.

In this position, you will

• Provide technical support for clients (in English)
• Resolve various issues and troubleshoot technical problems
• Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues
• Providing customer training
• Providing detailed information regarding products and services in a professional manner
• No sales activities are required, and no weekend work.

Requirements

• Fluency in English languge is a must (with a minimum requirement of B2).
• Good communication skills.
• A good level of technical knowledge (which will be supplemented through company training).
• EU citizens only or with valid work permit.
