Customer Advisor for AirFrance with Spanish

Our company belongs to Air France-KLM group and our major task is to make our passengers feel comfortable during their travels and to offer solutions to their potential issues (ticket reservations, luggage claims, loyalty programs etc.). Helping is our passion.

What are you going to do?

• Booking of air tickets by phone and e-mail
• Providing support to airline passengers
• Work for Air France customers
• Work with various computer programs

What do we require?

• Native or fluent level of Spanish language
• Fluent level of English language
• Willingness to communicate and help customers
• Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality and responsibility
