Brand & Design Manager for CSE region

You will oversee all the Own brands in the portfolio and maintain their consistency cross all the markets, develop new brands for set categories and projects, help set the Own brands strategy and push novalties in the assortment. Communication and teamwork will be a must for you.

What will be your responsibilities 

• responsible for development of new brands/strategy and designs for all Own brand labels
• close cooperation with the strategic design agency on a daily basis; communication with research agencies, if needed
• consultancy across all 4 markets and departments like marketing, commercial, legal and quality dpt
• supervision of the entire process, setting up new ways of working, finding ways where there are bounderies
• excellent project & time management is crucial in all the daily activities as we work in an highspeed environment
• leading a team of 3 packaging specialists, who are responsible for creating design artworks
• participation in the growth of the business
• searching for customer insights, and identifying new trends and opportunities in the field of various categories across the CSE region
• responsibility for the assigned budget

What we expect from you

• prior experience with brand management, design creation and NPD (ideally international brands) 4-6 years
• university education, preferably in the field of marketing/economics
• excellent project management and time management skills
• creative and innovative personality with conceptual and strategic thinking
• good communication and organizational skills, teamplayer, independent thinker, open to new things and flexibility
• feeling for design, accuracy and precision
• experience in managing people and teams
• quick decision-making
• good knowledge of Czech and English
• excellent presentation skills
